Francine Carron is the Founder of Carron® ESG Group and the entrepreneur behind its growing ecosystem of sustainability businesses. With more than 20 years of international experience spanning ESG, sustainability, social impact, governance, and aviation, Francine has worked across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the United States. Her career began with the United Nations in post-war Liberia and has since evolved across international development, financial inclusion, ESG strategy, sustainable business and aviation sustainability. Carron® ESG Group grew from her belief that sustainability cannot be addressed through consultancy alone. Organisations need expertise, people, education, responsible supply chains, new technologies and access to emerging sustainable markets. This vision led to the development of a connected portfolio spanning ESG advisory, talent, education, responsible sourcing, sustainable products, international trade, low-carbon fuels, and carbon markets. Francine remains actively involved across the Group, identifying new opportunities, developing international partnerships, entering new markets, and connecting the capabilities of the different businesses. Today, her work continues across Europe, Africa and Asia with one objective: turning sustainability challenges into practical businesses, partnerships and opportunities that contribute to a more sustainable global economy.
